Tailored To You
Each treatment is individually adapted to your needs. I don’t offer separate sessions like “Swedish massage”or “deep tissue”. Instead, I use the techniques that are most appropriate for you in the moment. That may include elements of Swedish massage, deep tissue work, cupping, and principles from my osteopathy training. The goal is always to treat the root of the issue, not just the symptom, and to support your body in the most effective and thoughtful way.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layer of muscle and connective tissue. It uses slower, more focused techniques to release chronic tension, break down adhesions, and improve mobility. While the pressure can be intense, the goal is always therapeutic - not painful.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a classic, gentle style of massage that uses long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. It’s perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, unwind, or simply enjoy the healing power of touch.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient technique that uses suction cups to gently lift the skin and underlying tissue. This increases blood flow, helps reduce muscle tension, and can promote relaxation and mobility. It often leaves temporary marks on the skin. These are not bruises, but a normal and harmless result of the suction.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic, manual therapy approach that sees the body as an interconnected, self-healing system. It uses gentle, hands-on techniques to restore balance, improve function, and support the body’s ability to heal.
I am currently in my third year of osteopathy studies and do not yet practice as an osteopath. However, osteopathic philosophy deeply shapes the way I treat: I listen to the body, work with it (not on it), and always look at the whole person, not just the symptom.
